How long does it take to ship?

Please allow for 5 to 7 days for your order to be processed and another 7 days for shipping on prints. All prints are Print To Order so please allow for additional time during public holiday periods. Orders are processed in my free time between full time work and life commitments so I greatly appreciate your patience.

What mediums are used for Prints?

All available prints are printed using the Giclee printing process and use lightfast pigment inks to ensure your print is of the highest quality. All prints are available on Ilford Galerie Prestige Smooth Pearl 310gsm paper, Ilford Galerie Natural Canvas and Ilford Galerie Cotton Texture fine art paper.

How do I look after my print once it arrives?

It is always best to limit handling of your prints to avoid any damage e.g. bends, sctratches and creaseing. Keep the print away from sunlight to avoid fading. To ensure your print is protected it is a good idea to get it framed ASAP. I offer framing on all prints and have a selection to choose from which can be viewed here.

Do you offer Returns & Exchanges?

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind”. However if there is any problems with your order such as damaged items or incorrect items/sizes please contact me as soon as you are able so I can sort it out for you.

What are my payment options?

All major credit cards, Paypal and Afterpay are available as payment options for all online delivery orders. Only card and Paypal are available for Pick Up orders, no cash.
